Todd Goddard and Andrew Mandolene have renovated the old home of SOM architect, Arthur Witthoefft. When first built, the home went on to receive an AIA First Honor Award in 1962, however it then faced the wreaking ball. Todd and Andrew however went on to save it and have renovated it.
